Smell– To refresh my smell by smelling the aroma of the flowers .

Taste – To refresh my taste by tasting fresh fruits & vegetables.

Touch- To refresh my touch by touching soft petals of flowers & grass.

It’s not necessary to be a writer to write,just start writing,It helps to know your flow of thoughts,imagination, creativity,emotion on paper, in addition it helps to know who you are.

Sunflower turns towards sunshine to get energy , similarly we should focus on positive thoughts, it helps to get happiness in our life.
